We accept item returns if item is not as described in the listing or product is covered by warranty
· Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items if item is not as described or DOA.
· Please message us first to issue returns authorisation.
· Returned items must be in acceptable condition and without physical damage, except damaged in transit.
· The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be issued.
· Returned item will be replaced or repaired. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We will replace or repair the item depending on product availability.
· If the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
· If a non-defective item is returned for refund, item must be returned in its original condition and packing.
